WHO WE ARE

Built to provide greater transparency and continuity across the product process.

Carolina Botanical Development was established to support brands seeking greater visibility across botanical processing and finished-product manufacturing. By connecting technical processing with downstream development and production, more of the product journey can be coordinated within one facility and one team.

From Anderson, South Carolina, Carolina Botanical supports U.S. and international brand partners across multiple botanical and functional consumer product formats.

TECHNICAL PROCESSING

Extraction and post-processing capabilities under one roof.

In-house extraction and refinement allow botanical inputs to move through a more connected technical process before they advance into formulation or finished-product manufacturing.

01 · EXTRACTION

Extraction Process

Carolina Botanical utilizes supercritical CO₂ and cryogenic ethanol extraction systems to process botanical material with attention to yield, purity and downstream product requirements. Keeping extraction in-house supports greater continuity from raw material through refined input.

02 · REFINEMENT

Post Processing

After extraction, crude oils can move through refinement processes designed to increase purity and concentration. Depending on the project, distillation and chromatography may support remediation, separation and isolation before the material advances into formulation or manufacturing.

OUR APPROACH

Quality, transparency and commercial continuity from input to finished product.

Carolina Botanical is structured around clear product requirements, responsible technical processing and closer coordination between development, manufacturing and packaging.

01

Transparent Project Definition

Product requirements, documentation needs, responsibilities and commercial expectations are discussed early so the manufacturing scope is clear before work advances.

02

Integrated In-House Capability

Technical processing, refinement, product development, manufacturing and packaging support are coordinated through the operation to reduce unnecessary handoffs.

03

Post Processing

Development decisions are evaluated against manufacturability, packaging requirements and the needs of commercial production rather than treated as isolated formulation choices.
