About Us

Our facility is approximately 15,000 square feet, situated on 3 acres, located in beautiful Upstate South Carolina. We chose this location due to its central location to what we believe will soon be the “Cannabinoid Hub” of the USA.

We are a manufacturer specializing in the extraction, refinement, and purification of cannabidiol (CBD) oil. What differentiates Carolina Botanical Development is we source certified USDA Organic hemp from local farms and do all processing, production, refinement, and packaging, in-house, to ensure the integrity of all our end-products.

In addition to white/private label CBD products, Carolina Botanical Development now offers Delta-8 THC, HHC, THCP, THCV, and “Cannabinoid Combination” products for white and private label clients.

Lastly, Carolina Botanical Development recently launched a proprietary THC line, BRIX, for consumers, wholesalers, and distributors! SHOP

Mission

We started Carolina Botanical Development with the intent on bringing to market the purest and most transparent products available. We obtained USDA Organic certification for this reason and strive to always provide the highest quality products available in the marketplace.

Extraction

We utilize state of the art supercritical CO2 and cryogenic ethanol extraction technology. This enables us to produce superior quality organic cannabidiol oil with a focus on maximizing yield, purity, and efficacy.

Post-Processing

Upon completion of extraction, refinement (post-processing) takes place. We are able to distill crude oils to increase purity and potency. We can even remediate, separate, and isolate individual compounds utilizing chromatography.
